The Elections Committee has received notice that ballots sent last week from at least three worksites are still on their way to Vancouver, via xpress-post and inter-office mail. As this is a busy time of year for both Canada Post and the PSAC mailroom, we have extended the deadline for receipt of ballots in the Vancouver RO to Wednesday, December 14th. The ballots that are en-route and postmarked before Friday will be counted and results announced as soon as we receive our mail on Wednesday.
This decision was taken in order to facilitate maximum participation & representation. If you have any questions, or would like to ensure we’ve received your ballot, please contact Patrick.
