On March 4, 2010 CULE served notice to bargain on the PSAC for the above referenced bargaining units. Discussions with the employer regarding dates on which to commence negotiations are currently underway.
The CULE/PSAC bargaining committee will be meeting March 16-18, 2010 to go through the bargaining input; determine the make-up of the bargaining package and identify the priorities which will guide the negotiation team. A draft bargaining package will be shared with CULE members following the Committee meeting and in advance of tabling with the employer.
