CULE/PSAC Ratification Vote
A tentative agreement has been reached and a ratification vote has been scheduled. It will be the same voting process we have been using for the election process. There will be two separate ratification votes taking place at the same time. The first ratification vote will be taking place for our Canada Labour Code members in the North. CULE members working in the North (YT, NT, and NU) should print out and return the ratification vote ballot (print on yellow paper), using the double envelope system to the Kingston RO. The second ratification vote will be taking place for our members in BC, Prairies, Ontario, NCR and the Atlantic regions should print out and return the ratification vote ballot (print on green paper), using the double envelope system, to the Kingston RO. It is crucial that members’ mark their name and regional office on the outer ballot envelope. Envelopes not marked as such can not be verified and the ballots enclosed within will be considered spoiled. The deadline for the receipt of the ratification vote ballots by the Kingston RO is Noon, December 13, 2013. The results of the ratification process will be provided to the membership as quickly as possible after the vote count has taken place.
